SHINE is a campus hire rotational program that brings students and recent college graduates into Deloitte’s Client & Market Growth organization. Applications for SHINE are open each year in September for the following year’s start dates. This session is for those with undergraduate graduation dates between 2024 - 2026 and will prep candidates for the application process for 2025 positions.
SHINE Program Qualifications:

- Intern: candidate for a bachelor’s degree in business development, marketing, communications, public relations, or related field (bachelor's graduation date 2026)
- Associate: candidate for a bachelor’s degree in business development, marketing, communications, public relations, or related field (bachelor’s graduation date 2024 or 2025)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 10% on average
- Located in Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles, New York City, Philadelphia, or Rosslyn/Arlington
A successful candidate will have:
- Strong academic record, minimum GPA of 3.2
- Work experience in business development, marketing, communications, public relations or related field
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proven strong project and time management skills
- Proven experience working independently and collaboratively with a team in a professional services or multi-departmental company supporting multiple managers
